Our services include personalized consultations to help pensioners select suitable coverage. Appointments are arranged via our team.
2.1 Refund Policy for Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, seniorcover will refund the full payment to your original payment method. You may reschedule a consultation once at no extra charge by contacting our team. Certain premium services may be listed as non-refundable due to reserved consultant time. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Please review the service description before purchase.
3. Info Products
Info products include digital comparison guides and instructional materials provided by seniorcover.
3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products
Requests for refunds on info products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are available only if the digital material has not been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a refund, please contact our team. Once approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Goods
Physical goods include branded items and printed materials sold by seniorcover.
4.1 Refund Policy for Goods
Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, seniorcover will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges or credit notes may be offered as an alternative.
5. Modification of Services
seniorcover reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, info product or good at any time. In the event of substantial changes, customers may request a refund or transfer to a comparable offering.
